Feeling hot, heavy and tired and funny

Hi hope everyone is okay, i dont know but this week i have felt heavy, tired and had hot flushes it makes me feel funny i dont know whether it might be pre menapause symptoms or fibro or pms symptoms, any tips or advice welcome, little bit worried but trying not too, thankyou x❤️😊

Worthwhile talking to Dr. If it is primenopause then it can be treated if needed. I suffered primenopause for a while thinking it was fibro symptoms getting worse.

hi I’ve been feeling like you , mine is definitely not the menopause as I’m 68 , had a lot of new symptoms I’ve been wondering if it’s one of the many viruses that are going around, it’s worrying because you never can be sure when you have fibromyalgia, wish you well 🥰

I have the sweating it's awful, I have been through the menopause so I deffo know it's my fibro causing it. It's horrible

I’ve felt exactly like this last week. Stayed in bed for 2 days I felt so bad. When I did get up my whole body hurt but I think that’s because I’d been inactive. Had a lot of headaches and pressure around my eyes. I worked out it was a sinus infection and got some antibiotics. After taking them for 3 days I felt so much better. Not saying you’ve got sinuses but it definitely was a type of virus that was making me feel so ill and especially hot and cold. I’m no doctor but I think the hot and cold feelings could be your body fighting infection I’m 71 so I too know it’s not the menopause. I hope you feel better soon. It’s such a double whammy when you have Fibro and are feeling awful x
