Magnesium bath salts or Magnesium gel I seem to find they help
Hi, im new to fibromyalgia diagnosis. I cant take many meds due to allergies. I was already on pregablin for other neuropathy/nerve damage pain so im trialling an increase under review of the pain clinic. I also find reflexology to be a huge help , it really helps my whole body &mind as well my feet.
Hi there , have you tried weighted blanket , I just got one and it seems to help me sleep
A tens machine can help
Hello, horrid having pain all the time and we certaintly try our best too find ways too help , me it’s a long soak in an epsoms salt bath at night ,alternate nights. I do a Radox muscle soak bubble bath , differently having gaps during the day too pace and trying not too push too hard whether it be a cuppa resting the news, or a mag too take my minds off things. I use bio freeze rub in cream on certain parts of my body too use during the day ((can get at chemists ie Boots and they do their own brand as well. Yes a weighted blanket might aid sleep , im finding my Winter 10.5 tog duvet had certaintly helped me when I changed over from my summer one (so may stick with this all year now)x
Hi I used to find a soak in a bath of Epsom Salts helped me a lot, but now I only have a shower no bath. 😓 I use a magnesium spray that really helps with the pain, also I have a weighted blanket that helps me sleep better. I recently bought an EMS/Tens machine (similar to the one Ian Botham advertises on the TV that helps too. It's really a case of trial and error, what works for me might not work for you.
