I do have a lot of pain in my legs from my hip to the end legs, both legs are painful.

My abdomen all the time has spams and i do feel like i'm under a threat.

What i do need to discuss with GP and what has been worked for you with these issues.

I too have the pain in my legs, hips and lower abdomen . Get it thoroughly checked at the gp, make sure that they send you to check bowel and scan other areas in the lower abdomen to rule out anything sinister. I have sciatica in both legs from degenerative disc disease but I was checked out and the found I also had diverticular disease.

Ask for a ct scan.

I hope it goes well for you

If the pain gets really bad ask your Gp to refer you to a pain clinic

I use Magnesium Spray on my legs, it really works wonders for me, I buy it from Amazon. However it doesn't work for everyone.
