Back Pain/Tingling

Hi, 5 months diagnosed with Fibro. In the last few weeks I have been getting a tingling feeling in my back in between the lower part of my shoulder blades. Sometimes it can hurt but its more than tingling that is annoying. Just wondering has anyone else suffered with this and what to recommend to do? Thanks

I do not get tingling, but just had two weeks of excruciating back pain through my spine and pain alternates between my left and right of the spine. Was diagnosed a year ago and it has changed my life and not for the better
