I have now completed this course. It WON'T stop your pain, but, with the right mindset it could help. I've met up with some lovely people and we're keeping in touch.

I've been taught some fantastic coping mechanisms, however remembering to use them is the different part.

If you are offered this. I'd highly recommend it.
