Morning ,sounds very uncomfortable for you, have you mentioned this to your doctor in a recent visit ? If it’s continuous as well x

HI, I have very painful toes. Nothing to do with fibro. The pain is due to OA.

Feet (especially toes) very disfigured & painful from RA & comorbid neuropathy.

Agree with Momo my foot/toe pain is down to OA and diabetes.

Hello, I have painfully toes and the middle joints of my fingers especially in the morning . The pain goes once I start moving around . I’ve had them x-rayed in my work up to my Fibro diagnosis and it’s not arthritis . The pain comes back at times during the day but is not continuous. Pain relief doesn’t help . 🙃

Me too! Left foot - pain all along the outside, big toe and two next to little toe hurt like crazy. Horrible dry, itchy rash on them which is worse at night. Very swollen too. Only left foot. Odd?

Mine too! What can we do! Isn't it nice to get in a hot bath and feel the pain melt away?!

Yes. I have pain in my toes all the time. Many places all over my feet and lower legs always hurt. Sometimes putting my feet in the tub right under the stream of water helps for a while. Sometimes ice on my toes helps a while too. The only thing that brings the pain way down is a good overnight sleep. Then I have a couple hours of reduced pain in the morning.

Hi there. Your post really struck a chord with me! I think the advice to get it checked out is wise - I guess actually wearing shoes isn’t a whole load of fun for you either!

I finally got my left foot pain checked out a few weeks ago, after it had sat there getting worse under the “fibro” umbrella for a couple of years. I was quite surprised to be told I not only had severe arthritis - which I kind of guessed - but also Morton’s Neuroma and Bursitis. Walking on that foot had become unbearable but it’s so easy to lump everything together under Fibro!

Waiting for the follow up appointments now - deep joy - but I feel glad I pushed this a bit. Fibro is like an invisible curse - it messes you up, it masks things it shouldn’t, and a lot of people, including professionals, don’t seem to think it exists. We do!

I hope you get your foot sorted soon. Go safe 💙

Hi , this is the first time I have posted but read every day . I have some really bad pain in my toes, this started about 5 years ago. It used to be in my right leg but now I have in both , I was only diagnosed with fibromyalgia about two years ago after ruling out everything else, but have been in so much pain for years .The doctors say it’s restless leg syndrome and i have been taking Ripinaroll for it .It’s such a horrible feeling I can’t explain it , like my toes are crossed over and mangled up . Don’t know much about it but it sure stops me for walking out .

I find that certain areas of my body are extremely sensitive to touch. Mainly feet and hands. I sometimes get like throbbing pains in my toes which sometimes takes hours to days to go away.

Maybe try an anti inflammatory or put heat onto it.

Just keep an eye on it, to see if there is any change on the area that is sore 😊

Hope it starts to ease and go away for you.

Rose
