Do see your GP if this continues, I have this continually caused by nerve damage through lack of Vitamin D, hope you find a solution soon. Lou x
I get this a fair bit out of no were my toes will go numb or I have pins and needles in my toes or hands and fingers
I am so genuinely sorry to read this, and with any new symptom or where symptoms persist it is always advisable to discuss ti with your GP just to get other things ruled out of the equation. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
I'm sorry that you are going through this. I have a similar problem. I see a back doctor and a pain specialist.
My problem was a pinched nerve in my back. A disc was misbehaving.
Try a chiropractor. If no relief then talk to your gp about getting an MRI. To make sure your back is ok.
A suggestion would be to bypass your gp and go directly to a specialist.
Depending on your insurence.
Good luck!
Have you asked for your levels of B12 to be checked, numbness can be one of the symptoms of B12 deficiency? For some people the extremities are often the first part of the body to be effected. In B12 deficiency the nerves themselves become damaged. Might be worth getting it checked out. Best wishes MariLiz

Yes over the last couple of months my arm and hands go numb and pins and needles. Last night was so bad could have cried with the pain. Unbearable.. Can take a lot of time to get back to normal.
All the best.

Thanks everyone. It may well be a vitamin deficiency as my diet hasn't been great lately. Also had a lot of disruption with the house move. Hopefully it will settle down soon x
