Pip claim, is it worth it?

Hi, i first claimed for pip back when i got fibromyalgia but got nowhere after being on the phone for an hour, the lady seemed nice but i got a decision and got 0 points. I wrote them a letter to tell them in detail about how bad it was at the time still got nowhere and tried to claim again for fibro and when i had anxiety etc that was bad but got nowhere my fibro has improved althougj i still get some fatigue alot and my legs always hurt is it worth claiming again or not i dont really want the stress again x any advice 😊

Hi there, personally I feel thats a decision only you can make. Only you know how bad you are.

From what you say you are not feeling as bad as you were. So in their eyes they would see that as an improvement I guess.

The PIP award is given for a reason. If you feel you qualify for it then by all means try for it xx

you when applying for PIP have to be aware of the criteria for claiming. Too many people think that PIP is awarded on a condition illness’s or a disability diagnosis. PIP is awarded on your abilities to preform the PIP descriptors safely repeatedly and in a timely manner . As Ajay has said do the PIP self test see how you fair but be honest with your self because any information you submit in your application will have to be justified at your assessment.
