Groin aches

Hi i hope everyone is doing ok. I managed to go to Rushden Lakes thursday for a little while and i enjoyed it but my legs did hurt a bit afterwards. I however, have seemed to have got groin ache it doesnt hurt but it aches and feels a bit uncomfortable i wondered if i have strained it due to walking a lot i hope that is all it is. Thank you for any advice in advancex😢❤️🥰

Hi there, I am glad you got out and had a walk, it might be using muscles that are not always used , if you have any concerns you could ring your doctors surgery for a piece of mind. We finally got the Sun here in Suffolk last week it was 15 degrees then It went up too 29 degrees at the weekend ,xx

Hiya fibrogirl, after walking I get the same thing, I find a hot bath with radix in helps, also weighted blanket

I'm glad I'm not on my own does it feel like a pulling niggly ache I find it very irritating when I'm walking or just standing for short periods spoke to my Dr she sent me for xray came back I have osteoarthritis in my hips but knew that already this is completely different pain she just put it down to my fibro.
