I have found using a weighted blanket, eases fibomyralgia pain, highly recommend it, and meditation music

I have two - think they are 6kg and 2.5kg. I've used mine for about 4 years now, and would've be without them (I even take them on holiday with me)

I also have a weighted blanket, it's a godsend for me. I'm on holiday at the moment and having trouble sleeping.
