A study I came across that I thought I’d share, in case someone might find it interesting/useful.

Just discard if not 🙂

A study featured on the website of the author is not the strongest of sources :) Jacob has been promoting this angle for a while and also solutions. I like a lot of his comms but we have not seen any real impact.

Small sample size and high drop out rate.

No it’s not a systematic review, just something I thought may be interesting to some 🙂

Thank you for posting this Blue Clay. It is interesting. The endocrine system is so complex and finely balanced. Everything seems to affect everything else!

An interesting read even though it was a small trial and quite a long time ago.

I do feel a multi pronged approach is definitely worth considering when dealing with fibromyalgia. It just takes a long time and experimenting to find out what works for you. Good luck on this journey everyone!

I wish I could get uninterrupted slow wave sleep! I don't suppose I could get Zolpidem and the others drugs they mentioned, probably only for a temporary period I guess anyway....
