Hi Lone Era. Yes I know it is quite a commitment to watch it all the way through. But I did it - and learned a lot. I’m very interested as to why we all got so sick - and that is what Gabor Mate seems to focus on. Plus I now don’t feel so guilty about throwing a wobbly if I feel like it. Apparently we can be too nice for our own good!

Yes - weather has been appalling here. I’ve been soaked through three times today.

It makes great sense and we all need to realise that we all have Hope's and dreams and we should never give up all of ourselves to help another to achieve their dreams and forget about our own. Great video.

Hi Thenettle. Thanks for saying that. I knew it was a big ask to suggest members watched such a long video. But equally I was sure it was worth doing. I gained a lot of insight from watching it.

Hi saluhouse, I don’t comment much on here, in fact I haven’t in a long time. However, I read a lot & get a lot from reading peoples posts & their replies. I just wanted to say I watched the long… video & found it really insightful. (I didn’t mind the length of the talk). He makes a lot of sense, so much so that I viewed a few more of his talks, which were equally long… 😂 Really interesting stuff, I feel well & truly educated in a number of life’s challenges this evening!! Thank you for posting!! I’m glad I clicked on to watch!! 👍🏻😉

Hello Joyfully. Thanks so much for getting back to me and saying that. I got so much help from watching that video and I wanted to share it with others. I know it isn’t specifically about fibro (and the person who sent it to me goes to Al-Anon) but I felt it was sensible advice to anybody struggling with health issues.
