Hi all, I haven't been on for a long time due to other health issues but it would be great if anyone has any advice about painful burning things, I've had it for a while now but the GPS doesn't have anything useful to tell me. I hope that you're all having as pain-free a day as possible

Hi, I too have burning in many areas, shoulders, feet, back and thighs all the way round to buttocks. I'm with a phisio who is still doing blood tests as my elevation markers are high and am also being tested for connective tissue disorder but still pointing towards fibromyalgia as I have still yet to be diagnosed. I too have essential tremor, ur the first person who I have noticed with both essential tremor and fibromyalgia. 🤗
Hi thank's for getting back to me, I've had fibromyalgia for about 30 plus yrs and essential tremor for at least 30 it really pulls me down especially the tremor, I hope you get the results that you're looking for 👍😘Gentle hugs Rosie x
Hi Rosie, I find anything menthol helpful like Vicks or menthol lotions. Noticed Aveeno have one around £6, also magnesium spray/oil/lotion might be worth trying too x
Thanks for getting back to me I'll certainly try them, I've had fibromyalgia for over 30 yrs but this is the first time it's affected my thighs so badly, I hope you're having as pain-free a day as possible Gentle hugs Rosie 😘
Thanks for getting back to me, I'll try the magnesium spray and I've been told about other things, I'm going to try them all, it might help my husband and son they have sciatica as well xGentle hugs
