Hi all, I haven't been on for a long time due to other health issues but it would be great if anyone has any advice about painful burning things, I've had it for a while now but the GPS doesn't have anything useful to tell me. I hope that you're all having as pain-free a day as possible

Hi, I too have burning in many areas, shoulders, feet, back and thighs all the way round to buttocks. I'm with a phisio who is still doing blood tests as my elevation markers are high and am also being tested for connective tissue disorder but still pointing towards fibromyalgia as I have still yet to be diagnosed. I too have essential tremor, ur the first person who I have noticed with both essential tremor and fibromyalgia. 🤗

I also have areas of burning. I have found some relief by gently massaging the area and then putting a layer of freeze gel on.

Hi Rosie, I find anything menthol helpful like Vicks or menthol lotions. Noticed Aveeno have one around £6, also magnesium spray/oil/lotion might be worth trying too x
