Feeling like a pincussion

I was wondering all my bloods and obs are normal yet the migrains are getting worse in frequency and parts of my legs are painful to touch any thoughts could this just be my fibro

Think so, but I do have neuropathy too so sometimes hard to tell where it's coming from, my thighs are so painful all over with the lightest touch, falling asleep? yes to that too. If you're not getting restorative sleep, however long or short your sleep is then it's kinda like a permanent exhaustion, in my experience anyway. Has your GP offered a preventive for your migraines? Made such a difference for mine, I was continually sick for hours, just horrible green bile🤮 Now if I take my almotriptan early enough I can usually continue working through an attack and they're much less frequent.
