hi thanks for the kind comments. Is it me or is it bad that in the morning I don't feel great a bit less dizzy than yesterday but still never feel good in the morning but feel a bit better later on how do you cope with fibromyalgia after having it for a while, and I have not had much help from the doctors. I saw they have a pain clinic but it is private and pricey do you get lots of help from your doctor or have they referred you to a pain clinic or specialist. I sometimes don't know how you cope with fibromyalgia. sorry for the rant but I know you understand. it gets me down about constantly letting people down for going out and things and it is not great never knowing how you are going to feel x 😩💕🤗
