sat morning

this morningmy left knee is in pain like I've bean kicked there. Also my right foot toes feel like I am walking on hard stones . Just hope I do not have a flare up.im due to go back to work Thursday only 2shifts but they are 2 split shifts I am a little concerned. This is what happened last time then I was bed ridden for 4 days .

Sorry to read of your pain , is it fibro related or do you have arthritis in your knee ? A lot of people notice pain more on the colder days , mine is like a horrid dull ache but unfortunately I do have arthritis,not looking forward too the Winter months, I hope Thursday works out for you xx

hi this is my first time on here I get the same with my knees and both my feet are very sore but the pain is very harsh don’t know what to do with my self half the time but you just get on with it my back is hurting a lot thanks for listening to me

I do hope the flare doesn’t arrive! I think when a work day is looming it can make you worry more. Being fit for work adds pressure I think. I get a lot of pain, especially foot pain and have just found out my vitamin D levels are low so I am hopeful that may help once I’m on supplements. 🤞🏼🤞🏼
