feeling sorry for myself today as yesterday I managed to spill tea scalded ny leg then slip go flying in the air and came down hard on my right side which really hurts today from my shoulder to my toes even my boob hurts what am i like 😭

Accidents like these are never nice and can be all the more painful with fibro. I had a fall a few months ago and ended up with a very big bruise!!

oh no! I have done something like this a few times before. can be very painful, put an ice pack on your bruise 😘

thankthanks ive actually had a really lazy day in bed as im to ssorestore to get up but going to soak im thw bath now for a while with epsom salt hoping it helps. Im taking regukar paracetamol also ao hoping tomorrow is a better day

ouch, frozen peas on leg, and frozen beans, chips, and sweet corn on bruise?

perhaps your gp may prescribe some acute pain meds,

although it may be a good idea to get full bloods done in case low on something

hope recover soon, know my unexpected gravity experiment hurt very much so asked for a stronger pain med, for 3 days, ended up with 100!!!

bloods are normal just done but inam perimenopausal but not getting approved for treatment its another batlle

oh no we have enough battles with fibro,

would the plastic t piece thing with copper on help you, its called the same as that puppet cartoon mermaid character that could not speak. cannot remember the name. (it was the era of puppet captain scarlett.) my gp has been trying to get me to have one for years.

yes i lost the power in my hands and legs collapsed and was admittedbto hospital had every test done all clear so they then realised it was the coil gynae refused to rrmove it still i took it out myself and could walk the next day. I never regained full strength though and ththey diagnosed me with fibro about 18 months later said it was from the trauma my body went through.

Im so sorry to hear this , hope you are feeling better today.I loose balance with fibro and fall frequently. Takes a while to get over falls.Get better soon.😘

Sound pretty normal to me, I have managed to head butt the door frame that many times I had to buy new glasses, guess what I did the day after buying them lol

oh Elizahl, not good at all. Although could happen to any one of us but am sorry for your mishap 😞I would imagine by the sound of it that you will more than likely be subjected to much bruising and soreness for a few days yet😞hope you recover sooner rather than later ❤️

I do hope you feel better soon. Have your burns blistered? Do you need to see Dr with them. I did this a few years ago and had great big blisters which needed dressing at hospital!! I think I must fall for the fun of it!! I also zone out so much, don't know its happening!! This is how I spilled my hot coffee!! I've fallen off the toilet!! I can zine out when talking to someone!! Luckily ive got very good support from family, friends & of course people off here too.

thank you luckily it didnt bliblisblisyrr i think i treated it quickly enough myself i am not as achy this mormorning so hopefully i see more improvement as the daday goes on was just feefeelfeeling sorry for myself mostly 😂 take care and mind yourself x
