Had a gp phone appointment this morning, and I swapped one of my painkillers for a muscle relaxant. Hopefully that will be more beneficial.

I’m very interested to know what muscle relaxant you have been prescribed and for how long it’s been given. Hope you get some relief from your pain.

Hi ff hopefully it should give you some relief. I take diazepam as a muscle relaxant and that works really well, I'd say 95% of the problem gone but still have the odd tight and very sensitive muscle spasm but all in all I'm happy with the difference its made , so hopefully you get the sane results , stay strong keep us up to date how you get on please as we'd love to hear take care and remember your not alone Best wishes

Thank you. I would've preferred diazepam but see how this goes. At the moment my body aches! So hopefully they will kick on soon.Take care xx
