So I was recently diagnosed but I feel like I don't know where to start. My symptoms are pretty bad at the moment and I can't do much. I feel like each day I'm just trying to get through it. I'm going for walks when I can, using heat and trying to relax. I want to improve my symptoms but I don't know what to do differently.

Good Morning. I was diagnosed back in 2006 and I’m still learning more about the condition each day. I found reading articles and medical studies really useful. I used to belong to a support group which really helped. I found hydrotherapy really useful but it’s hard to find somewhere offering it. If you have access to a heated pool or jacuzzi that will really help. Exercise when you can, gentle exercise is one of the main pieces of advice. There are a lot of medicines out there to try. If something doesn’t work for you, don’t be afraid to say so. Gabapentin and Pregabalin are popular ones, but they made me really ill. Remember to pace yourself and don’t overdo it on the days you feel a little better. You’ll pay for it the next day. Good luck.
Hehe, I'll go thru all 5 of your posts in one go now...
Here I'd say it's necessary to identify, describe (better and better), track (diary) and analyze your symptoms in relation to their triggers and the treatments you are trying.
I could be more specific if you can start doing that here...
