Amazing product for helping sleep and night sweats

Hi everyone.

I haven't been on here for ages as I have been very busy working and trying to help care for my mother in law who is very poorly. Anyway, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name but I have bought a product that is basically air conditioning for the bed! It's a mat with small tubes in that covers the mattress, and a unit which goes under the bed which cools the water in the tubes. You can start off warm and then it gradually gets cold and keeps you cool all night, then it warms up again in the morning. It is very expensive (I waited for the half price offer) but I haven't had night sweats since I bought it over a month ago (I used to wake up soaked every night) and I'm definitely sleeping much better. It also seems to reduce the back/leg pain. Anyway, I thought I'd mention it in case it might be helpful to someone as I now wouldn't be without it. It's amazing.

I hope you are all managing in this heat. I can't stand it. 😠
