Dr Laurie Santos is an engaging teacher, its laid back, enjoyable things we all do without thinking and best of all it can improve your well-being. No pressue to complete pick it up for as long or short you want, just a nice thing to learn.

Thanks, interesting format. Never tried anything like it without it wanting money etc. after my first 20 minutes, altho I hadn't learnt anything, this doesn't. The good thing about this is as you say you don't have to think much, no pressure etc., something good to do.
The main content of the course is spoilered pretty soon, so I guess it's OK to do it here too:
- Week 2. Savoring & Gratitude Journal
- Week 3. Kindness & Social Connection
- Week 4. Exercise & Sleep
- Week 5. Meditation & Gratitude Visit
Since I focus on these all day, and am happy, despite all the pain and issues, it isn't something I need. But it's a great way to be gently mentored for this and important for our pain management, self-care, acceptance of where we are, so I'd definitely support anyone not happy having a go.
