I have found lately that unless I'm paying attention I'm flexing and unflexing my toes, I'll be lying on bed and realise my toes are just dancing away on their own and even more odd my feet do it in opposites, both sets of toes are doing it but only one is flexed at a time
I don't get restless legs just toes
I don't think it's anything worrying just strange, so does it happen to anyone else

Don't know if it's related, but since I've been doing Yoga Nidra (esp. Ally Boothroyd on youtube) to initiate or substitute sleep my toes tingle and twitch easily (by themselves). I love the feeling, so it's a great motivation to do relaxation, like a stim. I'm trying to get that in my fingers too, but only when I really really concentrate does a slight tingle come up...
My husband noticed that my toes are constantly wiggling/moving. In fact I cause any sheet or blanket to come off. Wearing socks helps with this. Never mentioned to doc, too much other stuff going on. 🙂
