Hello everyone, I've had neck pain and stiffness along with occasional lower back pain for around 7 months, in the past 1 1/2 months I've had pains in my hands and feet. The pain is not constant I've also had pins and needles up my spine which is quite severe when it happens but only lasts a minute or two when it does does anyone know if this could be fibromyalgia? I'm 18 male and have had negative arthirtis blood tests

Hi and a warm welcome. We are not medically qualified to say whether your symptoms are fibromyalgia
You only mention pain - do you have any other symptoms. The core fibromyalgia symptoms are widespread pain, chronic fatigue, unrefreshing sleep and cognitive dysfunction /brain fog
You can find general information on our website fmauk.org including our information booklets at fmauk.org/publications
Hi Liam, the pains you're describing seem very local. Fibromyalgia usually has some like these, yes, but many more areas and as Hazel says also a more generalized Ache and fatigue, esp. from overdoing activities. Even if it were fibromyalgia I'd check your pains with docs e.g. an orthopedist for hands, feet & lower back, and a neurologist for the spine (does sound a bit dangerous I think) and also try physiotherapy for them. If you type in a pain type/area and exercises in youtube, there are many to try from if you can't get it prescribed soon.
