I found the citizen’s advice website quite helpful. If you put ESA into the search bar it brings up a range of connected topics including quite detailed help on how to fill the ESA50 form in.

It does take quite a while to do, you may find completing it in chunks helpful, but definitely make sure you allow yourself plenty of time.

Good luck.

If you are over 50 age UK can help. Most councils also have disability advisors.
