I realise all of us on here are desperate for a fibro cure and between us have probably tried pretty much everything on offer, with mostly very limited success, so I would just like to know whether anyone has tried CBD oil, and if so what the outcome was? It would be nice to hear is there have been any positive results.Take care all.xx

Hi I have tried CBD oil and I find it helps me
I don’t take it routinely, just when the pain is at its worst. It helps reduce the pain and with sleep.

Volksman - please see my reply below. No need to worry unnecessarily but I think checking the cartridges and/or with supplier about Vitamin E is probably best
Hello everyone
Recent stories in the media about vaping CBD with or without THC (USA and other places outside UL) is that an additive Vitamin E (named as Vit E acetate I believe ) is being heated up and turning to oil. The hot oil is then burning inside of lungs causing breathing problems, lung damage and has been responsible for some deaths.
If you are vaping please check your vape cartridges and also check with the supplier if it contains it. If it does please stop vaping.
There are other ways to have CBD that may be safer than vaping until the authorities have looked into this.
CBD oil helps so many control the symptoms and can be really beneficial. It comes back to regulation and the fact that if medicinal cannabis could be made in sterile labs it would avoid all these issues
Hope this helps

Hi
I use CBD heat rub which has been quite good. Hope you improve very soon. Take care Lynne
I use CBD oil. For about 18 months now, stopped the Tramdadol. But unless you have advice on how to use it it's not much help. When I bought mine I was advised by a friend with Fibro to buy from a certain supplier who is absolutely brilliant. I had no idea what to buy or how to use it, till they told me to join a Facebook group of theirs. They are not allowed to give advice. From there I found a very good page called Nature's CBD haven. There was so much support, and I now know that you have to leave a 2 hour gap between and meds or supplements and the oil, as they both use the same enzymes for digestion. there's masses of info on their page on use, recommended suppliers and you will get a lot of support on what is best for your condition. xx
