How i can deal with that body twitching and spasms after little sleep? is the body spasms even during the sleep?
Hi, not got any answers but I know that my spasms and muscle twitching gets worse when I'm tired.
I drink tonic water for restless legs, and use a weighted blanket.
Hi, I find magnesium helpful, you can use tablets and also magnesium spray directly onto the muscles/legs helps my cramps & restless legs. Epsom salt baths if you can manage a bath. Gentle stretching throughout the day is good too.
Weighted blanket, is my lifeline as soon as my legs start feeling heavy
Amitriptyline has me sleeping much better. Take 2 at about 7pm. Also.. when I stopped taking co-codamol for pain my legs stopped shaking. Looking back it may have been DTs.. 😳
Hello, I started drinking a glass of tonic water (not the diet one) every day and it really helped with the restless legs/twitching
Mr-T212, Benefotiamine thiamine stopped my wife's Restless Leg. Here is some information about thiamine that may address your condition. Magnesium is important for thiamine activation and is also needed along with thiamine for ATP. I encourage you to investigate each for other benefits. Familiarize yourself with all forms of thiamine but don't miss these forms of thiamine : Benfotiamine, TTFD and Sulbutiamine as they offer advantageous benefits. The last link is about factors that impact thiamine. The B vitamins do work better together. Always consult your health care provider before using any supplement.

Mr-T212, boron helps you to absorb more magnesium. Search on "nothing boring about boron" for more about it. Always consult your health care provider before using any supplement.
