PIP claim - endo, fibro & depression

Has anyone had a successful PIP claim with endometriosis and fibromyalgia (& depression)?

I’m so so fatigued and the thought of even starting the form is making me feel stressed. If anyone is willing to share some examples, I would be really grateful

I’ve just gone through filling in an esa assessment form As I’ve applied few weeks ago and I’m sorry to say it stressed me out and as a result went into full flare up days later my advice is research and fill form in as if your on a bad day it’s a bit like a pip form oh and keep a diary for few weeks good luck xx
