The pain was being managed till maybe 2015.However,my medication was reduced and since then have gone backwards.
Also, since then I get weird internal body movements like my body inside is whizzing about and sometimes my body feels flat. It's like an elastic band inside me has been plucked an then released! Wow it hurts and is so uncomfortable!
Anyone have similar sensations inside. And if so, what helps to reduce the pain, if anything.

Way to go getting my attention! I suggest you look up assentation symptoms. We Fibros seem to get a lot of them.
If you want to feel better it's worth having a look. Sounds crazy but so do the symptoms you have. Believe me, I tried telling my GP batty stuff like I was falling out of my body, (and how it's really uncomfortable, keeps waking me up) electric shocks etc and well, you can imagine!! I really ought to take the pills; For my head!!!
Since discovering the awakening, and how something has been trying to get my wayward attention (and I'm taking notice, at last), symptoms have been easier.
After major surgery 20 years ago I had electric shocks so bad it mad me jerk and jump. All my blood results were normal! The doctor advised me to try soya products which did work. But, I never had an explanation as to why that would work. At the time I didn't think to ask. I'm wondering now if oestrogen or plant hormones might help all of us with pain control??
I can't remember now. I read alsorts. Just used diet. Tofo etc.
If you read, you see Soya good and then, soya bad. Muddle and confusion everywhere.
This is why checking in with you body, soul, higher self etc may be more helpful for you. Other peoples ideas are interesting but aren't necessarily good for you. You need to choose what resonates.
Hi there, in my 40 years of dealing with fibro I've experienced quite a few things but nothing like that I'm glad to say.
I am always amazed at how many things are said to be fibro related. I don't know if they are or not but no wonder doctors have a hard time getting to grips with fibro.
I have experienced popping and what feels like adhesive muscles sticking and pulling. Electric shock type of pains which are sharp and very painful. As you say many strange symptoms!! All of them Fibromyalgia related, who knows?? 🤔
