Hello....Poor you....although I am way over that part of my life my daughters are both suffering....or they were!! Sage tablet really helps them. One a day. H & B sell them or you can get them on line....worth a try. Keep well Trikki

HiTry the endometriosis forum, I am on there and it’s hard to discuss lots of different issues such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, hysterectomy, hot flushes may have better luck there on getting advice & responses xx
