I've just had surgery recently on my right foot I've had surgery nearly all my life I am only 29 since this one I've not recovered very well and I have fibro now. I can not walk very far at present but I am looking for some exercise that may help please

Hi Jadeym, can you not be referred to physio to help. I know during covid everything is cancelled but our physios are doing zoom sessions to show how to do exercises etc. I had ankle surgery a while ago and have to admit it did take a while to get back on my feet again. In fact the surgeon said the fibro had delayed recovery by a couple of months.
