Fibromalgia/ tiredness

Hi i have been suffering with fibromalgia and servere headaches for around 7 yrs now also depression.

All my blood tests come back normal but have relapses where i am so tired and ache from head to toe to which i cant get out of bed for 3 to 4 days sometimes.

Having a xray monday on my back and hip as now hurts ,my groin and hip starts hurting after walking bout 5mins.

Really getting me down now applied for pip about 6 months ago but was declined.

Any suggestions out there?
