Yes very familiar to me. I have periods where my Heart is affected and I get Atrial Fibrillation. It makes you very uneasy, a little faint and a bit sick. You have to sit really calmly to make it go. If it persists the Doc can medicate it with an under-tongue spray.

Sometimes I can resolve the issue because I can suffer blood glucose drops and once when it put me in hospital - they cured me with a Cheese sandwich and a sweet tea! A new experience in A&E. :-)

As a precaution I know when I rush about that sometimes I can go Hypoglycaemic - low blood sugar. I carry glucose tablets and one of those will see off the shakes, fibrillation and sweats in about 5 minutes. My wife carries them too because it affects your thinking and you don't always detect that you are having a hypo moment.

Once my wife was literally forcing one into my mouth while I was finding it hard to rationalise what was going on. She has become good at spotting when I have these moments. I am not Diabetic so it is a Fibro thing when I rush about.

Also when I work sweating-hard (when I am well) I make a point of drinking more than my thirst demands because I do not have proper thirst any more. I get sodium droops when I sweat so I now add a teaspoon of salt per litre of a sugary drink and it removes hard-work muscle pain and stiffness. You should not do that without Doctors advice if you have High Blood pressure though.

Happy birthday 🎂. I have had to give up on baths, they leave me too exhausted, the symptoms you described are what I get plus a belting headache!!!!! We had the grandchildren after school today, I want a shower but I can't get up from the sofa 😂 I haven't had any tea as I feel sick and my head is breaking, my heart is racing and my bones hurt. It's all worth it as the two boys are gorgeous😍 As their daddy pulled out of the drive they were shouting " Love you to the moon grandma "

Hope you have a lovely birthday 🎂

Just noticed your query. I used to use glucose tablets when I went ski-ing (many moons ago). I've just looked online, & the same brand is available, & yes can be bought OTC. They're 'Dextro Energy.'
