I’ve finally given my busy job up 😀

( Fibromyalgia sufferer )For a while now I’ve been deciding weather or not to give my job up , I worked in Greggs , and I was constantly on my feet rushing around like a headless chicken. My last day was today but I’ve got no job to go to 😔, I just couldn’t take it no more , any advice on wot to do now xx?

Hi there, sorry you had to give up your job. I remember when I had to stop working I found it one of the worst times ever trying to adjust.

Sorry not sure what you mean by what should you do now? When it happened to me I just had to take one day at a time and I am still doing that 35 years later. Have you spoken to your GP about a referral to a pain clinic or medication. I think maybe start with a chat with your doctor might a good idea xx

Hi you should be proud of yourself for going to work with fibomyliga I find it so hard some days to get anything done .I hope now you will get time for your self to cope with daily living take care 🌷Phyllis
