The fibro got me 😡😡😡😡

Hello my lovely people, well I thought I would let you all know I done just over 2 years in work,part time.I really done well but unfortunately my mental health returned and I had a break down,my fibromyalgia hit me like a double decker bus.never mind I tried. Xxxx

I was the same kept trying so hard to work and raise my family, but after a year of pushing myself I would hit a brick wall. I do think a lot of people with fibro are the same character, doing too much without care for themselves, then our bobies say hold on you, if you are not going to care for me, I will make you . Bam we are on our butts no being able to move.

Be kind to yourself. Its taken a long time but now i take note of what my body needs, i miss my shop but realise that my health is more important. I live on virtually nothing but I can pay my bills I can feed my family and i most of the time feel at peace with myself.
