Do you ever feel winded?
Yes unfortunately I do! But in my case worse in the heat. So enjoying the autumn coolness now. I have been informed by my physician that it can be caused by muscle spasms due to fibromyalgia. Good luck xxx
Hi yes I do when I have back pain I went to A&E on Monday it was so bad I suffer with slip discs.
Hi - I just replied to your newer post about shortness of breath. Added to that:
I don't think mine gets worse in the heat, but I'll keep an eye on it.
I do have muscle spasms in combination with back pain, esp. doing physio.
But I don't have windedness/shortness of breath when I have those muscle spasms.
They'd have to be happening without me feeling them.
The windedness feels more like the energy robbing too much oxygen from the cells.
This made me think of an cell energy/ATP/mitochondrial problem, but there's not enough research to support suppositions like that, yet. Docs who propose to believe in this have far-fetched theories and much too slight evidence. I tried their high-dosed vitamin & mineral protocol in all details all the same, to no avail.
