Ankle Pain

Oh my ankles are so sore today. Dull aching with shots of sharp pain ! Ouch 🤕 to top it off the restless legs are starting to kick in ... oh happy days it’s going to be a nightmare tonight 😢

I decided to risk two small glasses of red wine last night and have so paid for it! Like you up all night with dreadful restless legs and painful knees. Just not worth it. Fibro and alcohol just don't mix.

Hi there, i hope your feeling a little better today Thankfully I've never suffered with restless leg. All who suffer with it have my sympathy I can only imagine how horrible it must be.

I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my ankles, had an episode where I ended up on the floor in my bedroom, home alone, couldn't get up for 13 hours until help was called. My kidneys failed and I was confused to the point that I couldn't figure out how to use my phone to call for help.

Finally my housemate called for rescue and I went to hospital. Had pneumonia, sepsis and compression fractures in my spine. From August 9 through the 28th I was in hospital then rehab, I am home again, thankfully.

OMG 😮 you are really having it bad right now. What a nightmare! How are you feeling now, you will clearly still have a lot of pain but mentally how are you ? I hope you have a support group around you 😢

Hi, I have my sister and brother, housemate, and a few good friends for help and support. I am looking into community support today...it's time. I put it off for years thinking I was tough enough to do it on my own...13 hours on the floor proved to me that I am not that tough anymore
