Sore points on lower back

Evening guys.

Does anyone have any sore points of the lower back? I have two on each side, like a knot but causes extreme pain when touched and makes me feel sick. My other half says when he feels it is it like a massive bulge in my back but the pain when he rubs it is horrendous. It makes my eyes water. Just wondered if anyone else has the same or anything similar?

Yes, I do. Mine is called degeneration of the facet joint, nothing to do with fibro but it does hurt when touched. I'm under pain management at the moment. Do you have any other conditions? I do have about 14 more all causing pain

Hi Lynne.

Yes I have some on my upper back as well but not as painful. They hurt a little bit nothing like my lower back.

Not as I know of! Just fibro and a few deficiencies.

I have a tel cons with the GP on Friday so will mention it as is starting to affect me.

Hi yes Im in terrible pain at the moment with my hips/lower back I had a phone consultation with physio and he sent me exercises to do it was on my right now on my left too excruciatingly last night in bed I was terrified to move take care xx
