Yes I do, fingers and toes, comes out of nowhere is excruciating and then after a few minutes goes as quickly as it started. Just another issue that I attribute to fibro ☹️ Take care, stay safe x
Yes i have been getting this quite alot the past few months and pains in my ankles/foot bones, tender elbows and knees also....quite widespread nagging joint pain over the past few months......i certainly feel your agonising frustration 🙄🙁 xx
Hi, I get pain in my hands and feet (like you describe). My doctor sent me for blood tests and x-ray. I have arthritis and possibly gout. So please talk to your GP - there may be help available. Hope you find some helpful answers
Hi Hitman, yes I get this a lot. As you say, sharp shooting pains from nowhere. Sometimes they linger and other times they go as quickly as they came. I wonder if it is because the body is relaxing for the first time during the day (I type as part of my work). It has occurred to me that if I was doing something like knitting my fingers wouldn’t get a chance to ‘relax’ and therefore might not hurt! Just an idea. Shame I can’t knit!
I've had those sudden sharp pains all over my body since being a child. My mother would tell me to stop complaining over every little thing, so I have assumed that everyone got them. Do they? I was diagnosed with FM in my fifties.
Try Magnesium supplements and Magnesium 'oil' spray - helps relax muscles etc.
