Hi, I have seen you have posted this in several more relevant communities. It is also not clear if you have fibromyalgia so I am not sure if it is on topic.
It sounds like it could be any one of a number of thing such as side effects of medication, maybe even just bad acid reflux but you need to talk to a GP or if you can’t get a GP appointment at least talk to a pharmacist, I’ve always found them very helpful as a first point on contact.
I am hypo too and have similar problems ... maybe check your TSH. If Hashimoto are you going gluten and dairy free? I have food triggers for acid reflux including eggs, tomatoes and chocolate which I avoid. Hypo makes stomach acids low ... leading to reflux. Personally, I find apple cider vinegar can help when it gets really bad : a couple of tea spoons in glass of water before food.
I couldn't leave a reply in in the PM for some reason. If you are hypo I suggest you join the thyroid forum. There is a lot of valuable information on acid reflux and how hypo leads to low stomach acids. Thyroid disease also means a lot of joint and muscle pain.
