Headsore

Anyone else have really bad headsore? I never have before but it has come on in the last 12 months. I have curly hair I need to be able to put it up! Anyone know anything that might help?

I had this too and had to wear my hair up for work every day. I tried everything then heard about going “soap free” now I use Aveeno hair and body wash for babies which really helps. I now don’t use conditioner either - but a little on the ends after towel drying is ok for me as long as I avoid my scalp. Since I’ve dropped the soap my skin has been less itchy, the rashes have stopped and it’s less reactive to sun and wind etc

Thank you, that's really interesting, I've recently gone Shampoo and conditioner free and hoping that helps, I'm slowly going chemical free in everything really, and trying to change my diet because it really is awful. I've been diagnosed with fibro now for about 3 or 4 years but its been going on way longer then that. I hope it gets better soon because I look like I have a birds nest on my head and struggle to have it up for long.

Morning, glad to read about the Aveeno shampoo that sounds a good idea, could your hairdresser style your hair and cut some of the length off so it’s not so weighty if you get what I mean, I find having a good bit of length off now and then helps as dosent feel so heavy as sometimes you feel like your carrying a weight around on your head xx
