Diagnosis confirmed after years of toing and froing. I've also go Polymyalgia which I'm taking for those pains. Waiting to hear what holistic treatment they can offer during lockdown. A bit overwhelmed with it all and taking things very slow (I don't have the energy to rush anything!) Looking forward to guidance and support from this forum.

Warm welcome Aanneml. We are not medical experts on this site just a pile of similar people who can offer opinion/experience/research on Fibro. Treatments vary from CCG to CCG it seems. Most of us take some medication. Energy loss is a common factor. My personal mantra is every morning on waking I have to decide; Does Fibro rule me or I Fibro? I generally take the second option. My gentle exercise keeps away the feeling of Tin Man from Wizard of Oz!
