I am sorry, but the previous posts seem to be getting into a writing argument.

The only way to clear it up is to get someone you personally know, to help sort it out. Arguing over a subject only brings animosity. There are other bodies you can turn to. Like CAB. Welfare rights. And other places like that.

Why get your selves into distress? The government website is fully explainable. Please don't argue about it. The poor person who started the thread must be in bits. It is no fun. Please keep calm.
