Waiting, for how long?

A week ago I had a phone appointment with pain management about introvenus lidocaine treatment for my pain. With the current situation I’ve been stressed and my symptoms (which I have no management for) are getting worse.

Since we may have to stay put for a while, suggestions?

Heat helps me, I also use mindfulness, meditation and relaxation. Exercise/activity to prevent stiffness.

A warm bath ?

Sadly I don’t have a bath tub.
