Capacity to Work Form

Anybody received Capacity to Work Form. Had assessment last May at Chelmsford. Even more stressed now and upset. Can't believe it. Keep Safe everybody.

Hi,

I got one in February and only just filled one in in November. I still haven't done it yet and now more anxious than ever that my ESA will be stopped. I can't seem to motivate myself at the moment to do much and that dreaded form is still sitting around waiting for me to get it in by 25th March!

Sounds like your award was for 12 months so is due to end in May 20. Get the form back in good time so they have no excuse to cease paying you.
