Haha hydrotherapy, Oh to wake up with no aching muscles. I once had a dream I was tap dancing all night, when I woke up in the morning my legs where killing me. That is true. x

Before my sleep issues started I once dreamt I was washing up, the dream lasted all night, 7 hours of washing up

I then woke up and go in my kitchen to put the kettle on and see 2 days worth of washing up piled up on the side lol

Last night I had nightmares all night about animals that wasn't being looked after including 2 baby sharks in a fish tank that they couldn't move in, one had a smashed up face from trying to jump out the fish tank, abused cats, mice alsorts of animals I called the rspca then woke up so upset

Zopiclone gives me nightmares that last days after taking them

Think I'd rather wash up in my dreams than that nightmare

I wouldn't fancy a dream washing up. I always have nightmares, scary, super natural ones but I don't mind them now. I think some people just suffer with them. Yes I could hardly walk the next day, honestly. xx
