When I occasionally indulge in my sugar craving my pain is so much worse that I actually say out loud to myself "you stupid b....!" these are the little things that can make a huge difference 😂

Yeah I've got diabetes too and sometimes think to myself that a small packet of rolos won't hurt and justify it to myself by thinking "what other pleasures do I have now" and next day thinking "well the pleasure of not suffering half of this pain DUH" Obviously from your username I'm much older than you and still do the most stupid things sometimes! Take care x x

You take to Malmal and think twice before the rolos😘
I am also diabetic possibility it’s related just so scared as no one seems too be able too give definite answers and fed up feeling rubbish all the time
A lot of people with fibromyalgia seem to have diabetes not all some push with your doctor to see a Rhumatologist and see if they can give you meds for fibromyalgia if the doctor believes you have it he should prescribe something to ease Symtoms u will get there your not alone the pains are awful I no xxxxxx
Welcome to Fibro Club! First, don't panic, you have come to the right place. Nobody is prepared for Fibro.
We are all here to support you, nearly all are sufferers, and there are a few carers here as well, trying to learn how to do the best for their clients/family members.
Hiya, I just wanted to let you know you are not alone.
I was only diagnosed with Fibromyalgia end 2018 though I believe I've been living with it for some time; living with Hyper Mobility Syndrome I thought symptoms were linked to that.
I recently completed a "Pain Management Programme", I was sceptical to begin with but everything made so much sense, I still have pain and yes there are still days when it is totally debilitating, but the way I think about it is different. Knowing that there is no cure for the chronic pain I suffer I am extremely thankful for the tools I now posses. As someone else said, positivity is your best friend, we all listen to our negative thoughts too much.
If my memory serves me right GP's can't refer you to a "Pain Management Programme" so if you get to see a Rheumatologist, physiotherapist, or any other specialist ask them to refer you.
Nowadays, I pace, I am as mindful as poss., I make smart goals, I do simple movement exercises every other day and I do something I really enjoy daily; I find guided meditation good for relaxation. It is hard work but feel it is beneficial. I have not went down the cutting out sugar though I do steer clear of sweeteners(never liked them), I was encouraged to ditch Gluten a good few years ago which did reduce the pain I felt on waking.
I hope you get some peace from your symptoms soon.
