Hi there, first time on here. I have been in bed off and on for 3 weeks now I get this overwhelming feeling that I have to sleep and just feel ill and have to go to sleep sometimes sleeping most of the day when wakened I was getting a lot of pain in my arms so would take painkillers and have to sleep again, needles to say not been at work for 3 weeks now, off more than in these days. My hands are shaking more and more now. Does anyone else get these symptoms?

Yes I do get shaky hands I have insomnia but am constantly tired as I only sleep 4 hours a night I get electric sensations down my arms very scary like having sciatica but in arms xxx have u been diagnosed ?

Hi,

Yes diagnosed on Nov 2019 after 5 years, I don't have insomnia as such only when having flare ups. I have nerve damage in both arms and pretty numbish but the shaking is new, sometimes I can't even text,

There's so many Symtoms it's hard shaky ness dizziness tiredness and wide spread pain is defiantly Symtoms are you on meds at all ?xx after months of takking antidepressants and magnesium the pains in Arms were less intense but still there x

I take pregablin 300g twice a day (600) plus duciltia 60g at night

Try high potencity magnesium it really helped me after 3 months i take co codamol x

Oh yeah I take 30/50mg co-codamol as well.

I take co codamol like u and sertraline I also take zopiclone when I can't sleep it's horrible if I'm not itchy I shake if I don't shake I have fast heart and dizzy or feel like my backs broke and legs are heavey also feel like my arms are totally numb in the morning I'm 32 but feel 98 and do I find the pain just travels round the body xxxx😘

That's a lot of codeine to take regularly, side effects include feeling spaced out.

Do you drink lots of water and take Lactulose medicine to counteract the other side effects of dry stool & constipation?

No levels are good, think I need to go to doctors again as I'm a typist and my fingers type what they like thank god or spell checker lol, no but seriously they are getting worse

Tremors in your hands need investigating if it's a new symptom. There could be many causes so it's best to run it be your GP. xx
