Does anyone have anything they can suggest to help with bloating, feeling full all the time, feeling like food is stuck in throat & acid burning please?

I get it every winters &antacids prescribed by GP don't work. I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease too. I use Gaviscon too, but it's still not gone. I also get insomnia from September to February for the last 3 years & it starts as evenings get darker earlier. Help!

Have you tried charcoal capsules from Holland and barrett? They helped me with my bloating. Google charcoal capsules they are pretty cheap and often in sale from H&B

IBS life saver's

Love your username it reminds me of a heavy metal band that my son's listen to not very pleasant music so I try and insist that he used his headphones these days as the overload is too much for my head hope you can get help help with your problem this thing brings us so many different symptoms!
