How to control twitching muscles?

No I haven't thank you for the advice I shall get some. 💚
Literally just ordered from Amazon now, better you is what I bought xx
Hi, I use baclofen for muscle spasms and twitching which works.
My spasms were widespread and referred to as myoclonus. I have been on dopamine, (usually prescribed for Parkinson’s), which has really helped, although I have had to increase the dosage lately.
Not everyone can tolerate the side effects but thankfully, so far I’m ok, apart from the o c d ! The need to have symmetry and you would laugh at my shopping trolley!
I have to shop with my daughter and I make her stock the trolley like a jigsaw lol 😂 thankfully, she understands and she sees the funny side xx
Dopemine would help me I'm sure ....
Thank you for all your advice I'm going to see GP on Monday to see if I can get some answers
This could be a back problem. A chiropractor could confirm or deny this.
Magnesium helps in high doses
I used a magnesium tablet for years and it controlled my leg cramp and restless leg. Can’t remember which type but I got the one most recommended for muscle cramp. 1 a day.
Prior to that I used to have tonic water beside my bed and if a got a cramp, I drank a tumbler full. The quinine in the tonic deals with cramp.
Magnesium oil is a suspension of magnesium in water. It is an expensive way of getting a small amount of magnesium. You can make your own by buying a bag of the right sort of magnesium, which you can also put in your bath. Can’t remember what it’s called but you can buy it in 10kg sacks and bigger.
I had cramps at night, 80% of the time for about 10 years. Came on during peri menopause. My cramp has now gone, this coincided with my gall bladder coming out. My liver enzymes also returned to normal once the gall bladder was gone. I have no idea whether a gall bladder issue was interfering with my mineral absorption but I thought I’d put it out there to see whether others have a similar experience or might see the connection.
