Appeal
You must get your request for an Appeal in to the court's address (on your last letter re MR) within one moth of the date on the letter.
Yes , spoke to welfare advice this morning. They are sending the form to me I’ve got to send it back but she said because they are refusing so many and lack of staff it will be about a year.
Have you written out what you say your scores should be?
Doesn't sound like you are getting much help from Welfare Advice ?? Didn't they offer you an appointment to come in and help with filling in an Appeal Form?
ps
Did you ask them for help with your immediate situation?
Is there a local Councillor you could talk to?
Did you phone your MP's (ex MP !!) office?
Unbelievable ......
This makes me sad .... Not enough support , when your in bad way and effects most vulnerable.... Systems not working , some people simply can't deal with this sh.., and falling through net ......I can only presume it's good for government figures ..... I never get political but this has to change ........ Don't forget postal votes as that's what we're reduce to ....
It’s ridiculous xxx
ANY REPLIES TO ME , more than welcome , Bigger society, Kindness is FREE..and caring should be too ...Loosing autonomy while waiting for long drawn out assessment , doesn't help anyone and is sooooo much more expensive in the long run .
PS while on subject, my 8 year old grandson still has no school offer , and no chance of every being independent or education etc even though by law , their own laws .....says they must but do not provide any schools , we are building massive issues for future , don't even get me started on climate change that we have known about forever, at least alot of us have electric scooters lol 🤦💜
I totally agree with you Bestie something has to change in politics because if we carry on with those already in power our prescriptions are going to be even more pricier and that is before we can even get to see a GP as I can see that being at a cost before doing so.
